Also, your air conditioning system is made up of a number of individual components. Each and every one of these components must be in good working condition if you hope to get the best performance possible from your air conditioner. If even one component of you AC does not work properly, the system as a whole will have to work harder to make up for it. This will lead to the use of more energy for, often, a weaker performance. In fact, studies conducted by the power company prove that regular maintenance of your system can save you hundreds of dollars per year on your electric bill.

That is not the only way that routine maintenance can save you money and prevent disruptions to your comfort, though. Because many problems with your air conditioning system are not evident immediately, it is possible for some issues to do serious damage to the system by the time you even notice them. Routine maintenance service is a great opportunity for your Technical Services AC technician to discover, diagnose and resolve any small or developing problems before they can negatively affect your system.

If you have any further questions about the importance of routine AC maintenance, visit our FAQs or contact the air conditioning professionals at Technical Services for the answers you need. You can trust us with your comfort this cooling season. Speak with a professional AC maintenance technician on our team for more information.

AEROSEAL Duct Sealing Service

Did you know the typical home suffers more than 30% capacity loss due to leaky ducts? Industry studies have shown us than more than 90% of existing buildings located throughout North America have air duct systems that contain small holes and cracks that reduce the level of comfort, contribute to indoor air pollution and increase heating and cooling costs. Up until recently there was little to be done to avoid costly labor intensive repairs. Primarily because a great portion of most HVAC ducts systems is inaccessible or difficult to work on or replace.  Now, thanks to Aeroseal’s patented breakthrough technology we can repair your ducts from the inside out. Quickly, quietly, no muss, no fuss and for a fraction of what it would cost to replace them.

Rotobrush Duct Cleaning

A clean system promotes a healthy living environment, improves the efficiency of your heating & cooling system and can lower operating costs. Did you know that indoor air pollution can be up to 10 times worse than outdoors? Dirty ducts and equipment only adds to the problem with trapped dust, dirt, lint, pollen, molds, pet dander and much more! Regular mechanical maintenance & filter changes sure help, however, over time build-up still occurs inside your system. Even with regular maintenance, ducting should be cleaned every 3-5 years, depending on your particular environmental condition and hours of use. You may be surprised to see what has accumulated over the years.

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems have been shown to act as a collection source for a variety of contaminants that have the potential to affect health, such as mold, fungi, bacteria, pollen, dust, dander and other pollutants.  Unfortunately, what you can’t see can hurt you. Research indicates that people spend approximately 90% of their time indoors. So, the risks to human health may be greater due to exposure to air pollution indoors than outdoors. The removal of such contaminants from the HVAC system should be considered as one component in an overall plan to improve indoor air quality.

Using Rotobrush’s patented technology, TSi will scrub, vacuum and sanitize all your ducts and leave the virtually good as new.  To learn more about the importance of duct cleaning click on the Rotobrush video link now.
